Build: I design the solution (workflows, prompts, templates and tool setup) and test it on your real documents. 3. Review (video call): you see the plan and prototype, and I make one round of changes before rollout. 4. Implementation (on-site): I set up the tools, put the workflow live, train your staff and hand over a written playbook. I follow up with a 30-day check-in to measure results. Most Sprints run 2–3 weeks from Discovery Day to rollout.
